MANAGER CRM (Customer Relationship Management) SOLUTION

Role Purpose:
RESPONSIBLE to MANAGE THE ASSESMENT, FORMULATION and PROVISION of the TECHNICAL SOLUTION of the CRM System, Portal and Customer Touch Point System, Point of Sales System, Complain and Trouble Ticketing System required for Service Development.
To SUPPORT the development of System and Services related to the system areas mentioned above to meet the defined time frame.
To SUPPORT PROJECT implementation to ensure the project deliverables in according to the defined solution.
To MONITOR and EVALUATE the those system areas Solution for System and Service Development to ensure the qualified delivery of services
Qualification:
Qualification:
Minimum University Degree (S1).
Experience:
Has an excellence experience in telecommunication industry, multiple business unit background of working experiences would be an advantage.
Skills:

  1. Excellent communication in Indonesian and English.
  2. Excellence in technical writing and reporting.
  3. Excellent presentation and persuasion skill capabilities.
  4. Excellent knowledge of telecommunication business in general.
  5. Excellent knowledge in IT application in the area of the system areas mentioned above.
  6. Good knowledge in IT application in the area of the surrounding system areas.
  7. Good knowledge in IT infrastructure in the areas of server, storage, database, backup system and local/wide area network.
  8. Familiarity with the Business Process Framework (eTOM), Application Framework (TAM) and Information Framework (SID)
